For toetallysale.com we currently offer in-store pickup and UPS, UPS rates are listed when checking the shipping options. We currently do not offer free shipping for toetallysale.com
WE ONLY SHIP WITHIN THE USA. (WE DO NOT SHIP OUTSIDE THE USA)
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS THAT ARE LOST OR STOLEN ONCE MARKED DELIVERED ON TRACKING INFORMATION.
Orders placed after 2 P.M. (Fridays 1 P.M.) may be shipped on the next business day.
No returns unless the item had been sent in error or the item has a defect*.
Any item that has a defect must be brought to our attention via email with a photo and order number within our return policy timeframe. We highly encourage customers to open all their orders and check all items that they have received the correct items and that they without defect. We are not responsible for items ruined in the wash unless we have multiple complaints about the same item, we take all feedback seriously and keep track of any problem items so we can refund accordingly.
To return part or all of your order: Please make sure to enclose your packing slip or contact info when sending back a return. Please place the items folded neatly into their original packaging to facilitate an efficient return.
- Returns can be made in store (address below) during store hours.
- Returns can be shipped back to the following address. If shipping back on your own, we recommend getting tracking information as we are not responsible for return shipping errors. If you would like a UPS return label, please email us at [email protected] with your order number or ship number and we will send you a label; the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.
